Tell us the specific items you wish to purchase, and we will purchase them on your behalf and arrange delivery direct to your hotel in Japan.
 
● The price is for one shopping agent service fees for purchases totaling under USD($)100 at one store. After the order form is placed, the following additional charges will be incurred.
 
● We purchase up to 3 items per store (If you wish to purchase more than 2 of the same item, please make a request).
 
● Items eligible for the shopping agent service are basically items from officially registered companies and items available in Japan.
 
● The following additional charges are due within 48 hours of receipt of payment request.
Product price including tax
A service charge of 20% of the merchandise price will be added to items totaling USD($)100 or more. For example, an item of USD($)150 will incur an additional USD($) 10.
Shipping and handling charges are included in the payment for the order.. Additional charges may apply depending on the weight and size of packages exceeding the specified size.

Complete your order and payment 10 business days prior to the desired date of receipt of information.
Within 48 hours of ordering, send us the item you wish to order via our online form. Click here for the order form.
We will contact your hotel to confirm the reservation.
We will research whether the item you wish to purchase is available in Japan.
Additional charges will be invoiced as soon as we confirm that the requested items can be arranged. This payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of our payment request.
After confirming all payment, we will purchase and ship the items to your hotel.
Pick up the items from the front desk at your hotel.
