Concierge Service
We will provide personalized suggestions on the best souvenirs available in Japan according to your tastes and preferences. We can also provide information on where the items can be purchased at your destination in Japan. 
 
Our concierges are bilingual, native Japanese speakers who grew up in Japan and also speak English.
 
● The price includes up to two souvenir idea suggestions.
● Information provided to you will include
  • Name of the item
  • Manufacturer
  • Price
  • Name and address of the store where it can be purchased at your destination

 How It Works  
  1. Complete your order and payment 10 business days prior to the desired date of receipt of information.
  2. We will communicate in English several times via email. Please provide an email address where we can reach you when you place your order.
  3. Within 48 hours of ordering, send us your budget, interests, and preferences via our online form. Check here for the order form.
  4. We will conduct research based on your profile and suggest souvenir ideas.

    • We will provide you with information on where the suggested items are available for purchase at your destination in Japan. This service does not include items to be shipped, but please provide information on your hotel when you place your order.

     

    • For items that are difficult to suggest the best souvenirs according to the order form, we regret that we may decline your request. A research fee of USD($) 10 will be charged and the remainder will be refunded.

     

    • After we have made one suggestion for a souvenir idea, we will not accept cancellations. Cancellation prior to idea suggestion will be subject to a USD($) 10 cancellation fee.

     

    • We will call the stores to confirm availability in advance, but we cannot be held responsible if the items are sold out at the time of your visit.
    • If you wish to have items purchased on your behalf and arrange delivery direct to your hotel in Japan, please use our 'Shopping Agent Service'. See details.

     

    • Total of 20 business days is necessary, when our shopping agent will arrange delivery direct to your hotel in Japan after using this 'Concierge Service' to locate the items you wish to purchase.
