This is the most sold fried mix in Japan. Aromatic and deep taste of spices and aromatic vegetables. Juicy finish even when cold.

 

  • How to make
    1) Cover the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces with the mix powder. (No water is added).
    2) Wait 3 minutes to allow the mix to blend into the meat.
    3) Deep-fry in oil at 160-170°C for about 3 minutes.

 

  • Ingredients
    Wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), salt, dextrin, spices, glucose, lactose, soy sauce powder, sugar, chicken extract powder, fermented seasoning powder, powdered sake, garlic powder, leek extract powder, vegetable oil and fat, yeast extract powder, protein hydrolysate, egg white powder, chicken fat / processed starch, seasoning (amino acids etc.), emulsifier, Colouring (paprika pigment), spice extracts, acidifiers, bitter taste, (some of which contain wheat, eggs, milk ingredients, soya and chicken).
